Work at CallRadar

CallRadar is call and form tracking. We are a small team with real customers and a short path from writing code to shipping it.

How we work

  • Remote, with overlap. Work from anywhere with at least four hours of overlap with European daytime.
  • Written first. Decisions live in documents, not meetings. Most weeks have one team call.
  • Small team. Everyone talks to customers and everyone sees the numbers.
  • Clear about problems. If a launch slipped or a feature did not work, we say so and fix it.

What you get

  • Competitive salary, reviewed yearly, with the bands shared internally
  • 25 days of paid vacation, plus your local public holidays
  • Hardware of your choice and a budget for your home office
  • A yearly budget for books, courses, and conferences
  • A sustainable pace, with no on-call rotation

Open roles

Support Engineer

Remote · Full-time

You answer customer support email. Most questions are technical: a tracking script that is not firing, a number that needs porting, an integration that stopped syncing. You find what is wrong, fix it or pass it to engineering with a clear reproduction, and write docs so the next person does not have to ask.

What you will do

  • Answer support email with clear, complete answers
  • Debug tracking installs in the browser: script tags, dynamic number insertion, UTM parameters, single-page apps
  • Handle number provisioning and porting with our carriers, and keep customers updated
  • Reproduce bugs before passing them to engineering, and check fixes before telling the customer
  • Write and maintain the help docs

What we look for

  • You write clearly. Most of this job is explaining technical things in plain language
  • You can read HTML and JavaScript well enough to see why a snippet is not working
  • You have done technical support, QA, or web development before
  • Telephony experience (SIP, porting, carriers) is a plus, not a requirement

Engineer (Laravel)

Remote · Full-time

You build the product: a Laravel application with Blade and Tailwind on the front, telephony carriers and marketing integrations behind it, and an attribution pipeline that turns calls and form submissions into reports. Small team, tests before merge, and a short path to production.

What you will do

  • Ship features end to end: migration, model, controller, Blade view, and Pest tests
  • Work with carrier APIs for number provisioning, call routing, and recording
  • Build and maintain integrations with ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
  • Keep the attribution pipeline fast and accurate as call volume grows
  • Take a support rotation now and then

What we look for

  • Solid Laravel experience: Eloquent, queues, and testing with Pest or PHPUnit
  • You write tests as part of the work
  • You care about the product, not just the ticket
  • Comfort with Tailwind and enough JavaScript to build the front of what you ship

How we hire

Email careers@callradar.com with a short note about why this role, plus whatever best shows your work - a CV, a project, or things you have written. No cover letter needed.

  1. A 30 minute intro call, both directions: you are interviewing us too
  2. A small paid exercise, close to the real work, done on your own time
  3. A conversation about the exercise with the people you would work with
  4. An offer, usually within a week of the first call

No role that fits right now? Write in anyway and say what you are good at. We read everything.
