Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between CallRadar ("CallRadar", "we") and the business/individual using the service ("you"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and that business.
The service
CallRadar provides call tracking, form tracking, and reporting: tracking phone numbers, dynamic number insertion, call routing and optional recording, form capture, and attribution reports. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for during a billing period.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Seats are for people in your organisation and may not be shared.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 14 day free trial. At the end of the trial, the plan you selected begins to bill unless you cancel first.
Fees and billing
- Plans bill monthly in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Price changes take effect at your next renewal, with at least 30 days' notice.
- You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Any overrage charges will become due at the end of the billing month. A late fee of $20 per month after 30 days non-payment will apply.
Phone numbers
Tracking numbers are allocated to your account for use with the service. You do not own them, but where the carrier supports it we will assist with porting a number out if you leave. Numbers released by cancellation may be reassigned after a quarantine period.
Some jurisdictions require a validated local address or other documentation before a number can be activated. Where that applies, activation waits on the carrier's checks, and we will tell you what is needed.
Tracking numbers receive calls; they are not a phone service. They must not be relied on for emergency calling, and calls must not be routed to emergency or lifeline services.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- Record calls without the consent required by the laws that apply to you and your callers
- Use the service for unsolicited calls or messages, robocalls, or any activity prohibited by telemarketing and anti-spam law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the United States
- Track visitors or process their data in ways that violate the privacy laws that apply to your website, such as the GDPR, CCPA, or PIPEDA
- Generate artificial call traffic, commit toll fraud, or interfere with carrier networks
- Use the service to operate at volumes higher than a reasonable small-medium business would. This is not call center software
- Resell the service, probe or disrupt it, or use it to build a competing product
We may suspend accounts that put the service, carriers, or other customers at risk. We reserve all rights to restrict account access.
Your data
Call recordings, form submissions, and attribution data collected through your account belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are the controller of the data you collect; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it.
Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, and its branding. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and will schedule maintenance outside busy hours where possible, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level unless one is agreed in writing. Support is available by email on every plan.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Attribution data is provided for reporting purposes and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as browser privacy features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Confidentiality
Each of us may learn non-public information about the other through the service: your call data and business details on our side, our product plans and pricing terms on yours. Both parties agree to protect that information with reasonable care, use it only in connection with the service, and disclose it only to people who need it and are bound to keep it confidential, or where the law requires disclosure. On request after the relationship ends, each party returns or deletes the other's confidential information, except copies retained to meet legal obligations.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. Data may be stored for a period of time as required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be made with a prior email notification.
